Kimberly Smith – known to many as K.D. – is a Certified Energy Healer, Reiki Master/Teacher, intuitive guide, and licensed acupuncturist devoted to soul-centered healing. Her work bridges ancient wisdom traditions with subtle-energy medicine, earth-based spirituality, and intuitive perception to support deep restoration, spiritual insight, and embodied transformation.
With decades of experience in both clinical and energetic healing arts, K.D. offers a grounded, compassionate presence for those seeking balance, clarity, and reconnection with their inner wisdom - whether in person or across distance.

How I Work
K.D.'s sessions are rooted in understanding that energy is not bound by time or space. Drawing on both celestial and earthly energies, she attunes to your unique energetic field - whether you are resting at home, going about your day, or connected live by phone.
Sessions may include intuitive energy transmission, Reiki, sounding and chanting, energetic “golden needles,” and guided insight to support release, recalibration, and renewal. Each session unfolds organically, guided by what your system is ready to receive and integrate.
Life-Long Connection
K.D.’s spiritual path has been shaped by her lifelong bond with nature, lucid dreaming, and visionary experiences. In 2022, she embarked on a sacred walkabout in Cornwall, England, where she deepened her relationship with land-based wisdom through walking a pilgrimage, local mythology, herbal studies, and shamanic journeying.
This time of listening and communion - with ancient voices, sacred stones, elemental intelligences, and the spirits of place - continues to inform the depth, subtlely, and reverence she brings to her healing work.
Training & Credentials
K.D.'s formal training includes a Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Emperor’s College, California) and Public Health (BRAC University, James P. Grant School of Public Health, Bangladesh). She has practiced as a licensed Acupuncturist since 2007, working in both clinical and collaborative healing environments.
As a Certified Energy Healer and Reiki Master, she integrates this subtle-energy work into a practice informed by years of hands-on clinical experience. Her approach honors both structure and intuition — combining professional training with deep listening and spiritual discernment.
Before the Healing Arts
Before fully devoting herself to healing work, K.D. spent two decades in the creative arts, working in theatre, television, and film production. She later wove her creative skillset and public health background into humanitarian and global health initiatives with organization such as American Refugee Committee, BBC Media Action, Médecins Sans Frontières, and the Pan-Africa Acupuncture Project.
This diverse background informs her ability to hold space with sensitivity, cultural awareness, and creative depth.
Sacred Work Today
Today, K.D.'s work focuses primarily on remote and distance healing, allowing clients from around the world to receive support without the need for physical presence.
She also crafts ceremonial tools, facilitates ritual work, and is developing play-based workshops that weave movement, vibration, imagination, and mystery - inviting participants into deeper remembrance of their own healing capacity.
