My Approach
My mission is to guide individuals into alignment with their soul's wisdom, drawing from spiritual and esoteric teachings, formal training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, earth-based spirituality, ancient wisdom and intuitive healing practices.

Distant Energy Healing Session

45 minutes - $75.00 (USD) | 60 minutes - $100 (USD)
Distant sessions allow you to receive healing without effort. All that is required is your willingness to receive. There is no need to be present on a call - you may rest, sleep, meditate, or move gently through your day while the session unfolds.
At the scheduled time, I attune to your energy field and work intuitively with what is ready to be supported, released, or restored. These sessions are especially supportive for those seeking deep recalibration, nervous system soothing, and integration without conversation or external stimulation.
Following your session, you'll receive a brief written reflection with insights or themes that arose, along with any gentle practices offered for continued integration.
Remote Energy Healing Session
60 minutes - $125.00 (USD)
Remote sessions offer a shared, conscious healing space where we are connected live by phone. These one-on-one sessions support spiritual alignment, clarity, and energetic restoration while allowing space for reflection, dialogue, and integration.
Each session begins with an invocation and energetic scan of the body and surrounding field. From there, our time unfolds organically, guided by your soul's intention and healing request - weaving ancient traditions with present-time awareness.
